In the Month of July in the Barony of Loch Salann, an event will be held celebrating the glory and pageantry of the Tournament. Please bring your banners, as there will be a banner competition, and perhaps some other contests as well. We also encourage the populace to bring a picnic supper and a contribution (to feed at least 8) for the dessert buffet and join us for an evening of dancing and revelry under the stars.
Grocery stores, restaurants, and other amenities may be found by going south (right) from the freeway off-ramp on Union Park Ave. Then get back on Union Park Ave. and follow the directions above to get to the site. The site is the Wheeler Historic Farm at 6351 S. 900 East in Salt Lake City. THIS IS A DRY SITE! We will be using the north and central lawns. Other areas of the park will be open to the public, and we may have onlookers during parts of the day. We encourage you to bring your pavilions and day shades, and help us present the atmosphere of a period Tournament.
The event will be held on Saturday, July 19, 2008. Site opens at 10:00am closes at 10pm.

10:00 AM Site opens
11:00 AM Opening court; after court recesses, the tournaments will begin.
6:00 PM Closing court followed by picnic dinner, potluck dessert buffet, and dancing.
If you bring a dessert, which we hope you will, please bring an ingredient list that may be displayed with your contribution for those with food allergies
Site Fee: $6.00 per adult age 16 or over and $3.00 per youth ages 6-15 (Family Cap for immediate families: $18.00) Children under 6 are free. Nonmember adults add a 3.00 surcharge. Make checks payable to "Barony of Loch Salann, SCA Inc."
Site Directions
From the North and South: Take your best route on I-15 to Salt Lake City
Take Exit 298, the south I-215 belt route interchange. Go East (Towards the ski areas).
Take Exit 9 (Union Park Ave.). Go north (left) off of the off-ramp. Turn left at 6600 South (Winchester). Turn right at 900 East. The park entrance will be on the right side.
